For mothers, whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or navigating the everyday mess and magic of parenting, somatic therapy offers a way to gently come back to yourself and feel more at ease in your body.

This has certainly been true for me. As a mother, I have come to know just how much the body carries. The births, the sleepless nights, the overwhelm, and the beauty too. At times I have felt so far from my body, like I was just surviving. Somatic therapy has been a path back, not to some perfect version of myself, but to a sense of presence, connection, and choice.

SomaSoul Somatic Therapy is one form of this healing work. It blends mindfulness, body awareness, and creative expression to support a deeper connection with yourself beyond words and beyond logic. Unlike traditional talk therapy, SomaSoul invites the body to speak too. Through breath, movement, sensation, image, and gentle curiosity, it creates space for what is ready to emerge.
