Private sessions are especially supportive for mothers who are:
Exhausted, depleted, or dysregulated
Holding unprocessed birth, medical or fertility experiences
Feeling emotionally raw, anxious, or disconnected from their body
Longing to be heard, seen, and met without judgment
Curious about body-based, meditative or nature-informed healing
In our private work together, I weave somatic therapy, meditation, and eco-therapy practices to offer a grounded, responsive space. This is a presence-based, heart-led meeting with what’s true.
